General objective:
To combat rural depopulation in line with the EU Strategy for the Recovery of Rural Areas by empowering young people with essential soft skills and strategic rural planning knowledge.
Specific objectives:
- Promote active engagement of young people in rural areas, enabling meaningful contributions to community development.
- Strengthen youth workers’ soft skills and rural strategic competencies, equipping them to implement youth policies addressing rural depopulation.
- Provide tools and frameworks to help youth workers and young people identify local needs, explore opportunities, and use resources for sustainable development.
- Facilitate the exchange of best practices among young people across Europe, fostering innovation and adapting successful strategies.
